It is recommended to select and use gloves for labor protection, and the following items should be noted:
1. Select gloves with appropriate size for labor protection. The size of gloves should be appropriate. If the gloves are too tight, it will restrict blood circulation, easily cause fatigue and discomfort; If it is too loose, it is not flexible and easy to fall off.
2. There are many kinds of labor protection gloves, which should be selected according to the purpose. First of all, it is necessary to define the protection object, and then select it carefully. It must be misused to avoid accidents.
3. The appearance of the insulated protective gloves for labor protection must be carefully checked before each use, and the gas shall be blown into the gloves with the air blowing method, and the cuff of the gloves shall be pinched by hand to prevent air leakage, and the gloves shall be observed to see whether they will leak by themselves. If there is no air leakage in the gloves, they can be used as sanitary gloves. The insulating gloves can still be used when they are slightly damaged, but a pair of yarn or leather gloves should be covered outside the insulating gloves to ensure safety.
4. Labor protection gloves Natural rubber gloves shall not be in contact with acids, alkalis and oils for a long time, and sharp objects shall be prevented from puncturing. After use, clean and dry the gloves. After sprinkling talcum powder on the inside and outside of the gloves, keep them properly. Do not press or heat them during storage.
5. The color of all rubber, latex and synthetic rubber gloves for labor protection must be uniform. The thickness of other parts of the gloves should not be much different except for the thicker part of the palm. The surface should be smooth (except for those with stripes or granular anti-slip patterns made on the palm face for anti-slip). The thickness of the gloves on the palm face should not be greater than 1 5mm bubbles exist, slight wrinkles are allowed, but cracks are not allowed.
6. In addition to the selection of labor protection gloves according to the regulations, the voltage strength shall be rechecked after one year of use, and the unqualified ones shall not be used as insulating gloves.
